Comparing with NYS towns, cities, boroughs, except Park, from 1970 to 2020, there were 297 New York State towns out of 903 with a faster increase in median age than the Park. The Park performed better than 33% of the New York State towns. There were 1.4 million persons out of 19.9 million (7%) living in these New York State towns.
